BY USING THIS SITE, BY SENDING OR DELIVERING YOUR PASSPORT(S), APPLICATION(S), OTHER DOCUMENT(S) TO VISACENTER.CA, a division of RCTC Corp, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE READING AND ACCEPTING THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND THE PRIVACYSTATEMENT AND AGREE NOT TO VIOLATE OUR POLICIES.

By using this site, you convey your agreement with these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with the terms stated in this agreement or are dissatisfied with the site please direct your complaints to Contact Us page. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in legal action and restriction of your ability to access this site. From time to time, RCTC Corp may modify these Terms & Conditions. Please continue to review this agreement whenever accessing or using this site.

Service Description.
RCTC Corp does its best to correctly describe all services that appear on the website. However, RCTC Corp does not warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, complete, accurate, and error free. Consulates often change its requirements and fees without prior warning and changes can take effect immediately. In any event, shall any description of service or any information on our site become outdated or inaccurate, you agree to hold RCTC Corp harmless. You will not hold RCTC Corp responsible for any and all inaccuracies or mistakes in service descriptions, prices, processing times, processing dates, and other information provided on the RCTC Corp website.

The Scope of Service.
Upon receipt of your visa file documents our qualified staff will assist you with any questions related to the visa process, work with you on the issues in your file if any, and deliver required documents to the embassy or consulate according to your jurisdiction. Once passport is released by embassy or consulate it will be available for pick up at RCTC Corp. or if ordered will be couriered to the requested address. RCTC Corp. does not issue visas and can not and does not guarantee a visa will be issued by a diplomatic/consular office, as this is the sole prerogative of the foreign government. Consular and government officials may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline issuance of travel documents, visa, or passport without disclosing the reason for denial. Issuance of visa, processing timing, visa type, its validity term, number of entries and other details are determined exclusively by the embassy/consulate on case by case basis. Once the application file has been submitted to the embassy/consulate, no changes of any kind, including the trip dates and/or processing timing, are possible or allowed. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice.  RCTC Corp reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances. It is traveler's responsibility to check the correctness of data in the issued visa(s) and / or document(s). RCTC Corp. does not accept any responsibility in case of any errors and mistakes in issued visa(s) and / or document(s) reported by client in more than 24 hours time period from receiving visa(s) and / or document(s). Even when visa is issued, a traveler may be denied entry since in each country the local immigration officials make the final decision to grant the entry. Client with visa application form submitted in any other than the required format will be charged additional fees that vary. Consulate visa interview appointment service is limited to booking appointment for consular interview for visa to the country selected by the buyer on the order form and any advice, recommendations, notifications, etc. in regards to visa requirements, application forms, consular fees, payment methods, processing timings and all other aspects related to the interview is not part of this service. By placing the order for consulate visa interview appointment service the buyer agrees and fully accepts the following: 1.Interviews may be conducted in different cities depending on consulate location and buyer's place of residence in Canada. 2. RCTC Corp. authorized by the buyer to make visa interview appointment with embassy/consulate on buyer's behalf and provide the buyer with interview appointment document, being the total scope of the purchased service and any advice, recommendations, notifications, etc. in regards to visa requirements, application forms, consular fees, payment methods, processing timings and all other aspects related to the interview is not part of the service. 3. The first available appointment that suites declared travel time at the time of processing will be booked as well as there is no guarantee to meet buyer's preferences of dates and times of the interview and if due to any reason the buyer needs to change the assigned date and time the buyer agrees to pay re-booking fee of CAD75+tx. 4. Consulate has a right to cancel, reschedule made booking or not allow the buyer to attend interview without providing any reasons, as well as to reject issuance of visa and that RCTC Corp., it's employees, agents and shareholders does not bear any responsibility for any of the possible consular action(s) previously mentioned and that I waive my right to pursue any legal and other charges against this company in connection with this purchase.

Processing time.
Processing time for visas and passports quoted by RCTC Corp are approximate and based on processing times provided by Consulates and the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development under normal circumstances. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day of the date when the documents are received by RCTC Corp. Consulates and/or the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade and/or other government and non government agencies may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. RCTC Corp will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service. RCTC Corp., in addition to the consulates and government agencies, reserves the right to prioritize processing according to the travel dates provided by client. RCTC Corp. does not bear any responsibility for the transactions that have been abandoned by clients for more than 90 calendar days including the responsibility for safeguarding any documents submitted by clients at the time of the application or afterwards. 90 calendar days period is counted from the last notification made by RCTC Corp to client. Same abandonment period for all visa interview appointment service is 15 calendar days from the last notification. All abandoned files for visa interview appointment service are non-refundable.

Fees and Payments.
You agree that your credit card(s) will be billed immediately after online verification takes place or after the authorization form has been received by VisaCenter.ca. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by RCTC Corp or by any other vendor or service provider through RCTC Corp. You shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, embassy consular fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice. RCTC Corp. service fees may change without notice.

Shipping.
RCTC Corp uses trackable courier services for all its shipping needs unless instructed otherwise. RCTC Corp uses standard envelopes and other standard packing materials provided by FedEx Purolator or another shipping company as instructed by a client. Sometimes documents get damaged or lost during shipping. RCTC Corp is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is in client's possession or in transit. RCTC Corp is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, keep safe, any and all packages. RCTC Corp cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims.

Refund Policy.
You may cancel your service only if your passport has not yet been submitted to the consulate/embassy/government. In this case, a $85 fee per passport per country (plus local taxes) and all applicable courier and other disbursements will be charged for processing your file. No service fees, embassy/consular fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded after the documents have been received and the application process has began.

RCTC Corp cannot process refunds for Credit Card payments over 1 month old. In such cases RCTC Corp may issue a store credit applicable to future applications submitted through RCTC Corp. Credit cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or applications submitted to Consulates directly.

Any payments made for US Visa applications as well as any electronic visas (e-visas) are not refundable under any circumstances. Consulate visa interview appointment service orders cancelled before appointment setting are subjects to full refund minus admin fee of CAD85+tax. No refunds are possible after interview has been booked.

Privacy.
Please direct your attention to our Privacy Statement, by which you also agree to be bound when using this site. Privacy Statement is a part of this agreement.

Communications.
By using this site and our services you give RCTC Corp your express permission to contact you via email, messaging, or other electronic or non-electronic forms of communication for all purposes including distribution of marketing and promotional materials. Primary form of client communication on the file status is email. Clients are responsible for providing correct email addresses and checking for email messages from RCTC Corp. on the status of the file and responding to all messages from RCTC Corp. promptly and accordingly. Otherwise the processing may be seriously delayed. To ensure client access to the current file status RCTC Corp. provides on-line access to this information to the client. As a premium service to get notified client may subscribe for text messaging service by RCTC Corp.

Security.
By submitting registration and application forms, you certify that the information you provide is true and correct. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your on-line authentication credentials -  User ID (login) and password. You are responsible for all uses of your User ID (login), whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your User ID or password. Please refer to our Privacy Statement that governs submitted & distributed information.

Intellectual Property.
This Web site, including but not limited to text, content, photographs, graphics, software applications, is protected as a collective work by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, international treaties and/or other proprietary rights and laws of Canada and other countries. All logos, images, Web site design, text, graphics, software, HTML code used to generate Web pages on RCTC Corp, are the sole property of RCTC Corp and can not be copied, adapted, sketched, painted, or otherwise reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the prior written permission of RCTC Corp. All other service marks, trademarks, names or logos, individual articles, columns and other elements are the property of their respective owners. RCTC Corp is not responsible for other service marks, trademarks, names or logos, articles, columns, and other elements that may be copyrighted or may be the trademarks and/or service marks of their respective owners.

Copyrights and Trademarks compliance.
RCTC Corp takes all steps necessary to insure compliance with and honoring intellectual property rights of others. You hereby agree to hold RCTC Corp free of any responsibility and liability arising from any actual or alleged intellectual rights infringement and agree to notify RCTC Corp of any such actual or perceived infringement immediately upon discovery in writing. You also agree to allow RCTC Corp enough time to investigate and respond to any such infringement or accusation before taking any legal action.

Indemnification.
You shall indemnify, hold and save harmless, and defend at your own expense RCTC Corp, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against all suits, claims, demands and liability of any nature or kind, including costs and expenses arising out of acts of violation of these Terms & Conditions by you, your employees, agents, sub-contractors, or anyone using your computer/user ID. This requirement shall extend to claims or liabilities of any third parties arising out of the use of any patented or copyrighted information or for any other reason. You agree to pay any and all costs, damages and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs awarded against or otherwise incurred by or in connection with or arising from any claim, suit, action or proceeding attributable to any such action.

Termination.
You agree that RCTC Corp shall have the right to terminate your ability to access this site at any time without notice and you that will not hold RCTC Corp responsible or liable for any damages whatsoever. RCTC Corp reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.

Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision. No waiver, amendment, or other modification made by you shall be valid or binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
